Charles Large cut his eye teeth in strategic planning for Fortune 100 companies, focusing on operational management. Brought to Maine in 1991 to aid in the turnaround of Pioneer Plastics, he did so with great success and moved on to help a variety of other Maine-based companies.
John Turner has a long and storied career in the state of Maine, most recently serving as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee panel member for the U.S. Trustee Program, overseeing the liquidation or turnaround of over 16,000 bankruptcy cases in 15+ years.
In 2010, they joined forces on a part-time basis. However, a series of projects quickly blossomed into a full-time business. With the market crash in 2009, the need for someone who understood both real financial projections and the world of financing & loan packaging – with a deep appreciation of the trials and tribulations of business owners – became apparent. The more they helped, the more their services were requested. By 2011, Charles & John had committed full-time to moving businesses forward.
In 2014, two additional employees were brought on to help with the workload – Rose, an incredible resource for bookkeeping& accounting, and Raynor, who assists with the financial modeling.
With such diverse experience, Point to Point excels at finding an optimal solution for any problem, and spends time with each client before proposing an agreement.
